a good marriageThis book helps you integrate your studies of Tarot and Astrology in a very structured yet non-limiting way. It's most helpful in tandem with Vicki Noble's comprehensive book, "Motherpeace: a way to the Goddess through myth, art and Tarot."

Murder Most Medieval: Noble Tales of Ignoble Demises (Murder Most Series)
Published in Hardcover by Cumberland House (01 June, 2000)
Average review score:

A superb anthologyMurder Most Medieval is the best anthology of detective stories I have ever read. What makes it unusual is the uniformly high quality of the stories it contains. Each story is superb, beautifully written and skillfully plotted. Yet each story embodies its own author's style. The stories also differ from each other in in content; they are about different periods in time, about different kinds of person, about different ways and walks of life. I rarely like anthologies, but this one is truly extraordinary. The authors deserve much praise; most of the stories make me want to rush out and find other works by those authors unfamiliar to me. The editor deserves much praise as well for putting together such a unified and excellent work.

Nazi Hunter, Simon Wiesenthal
Published in Library Binding by Julian Messner (October, 1979)
Average review score:

Amazing book, a must read"Nazi Hunter, Simon Weisenthal" is easily the best book I've ever read. It tells the cold truth about the Holocaust from a real persons' point of view. Simon was an amazing person who dedicated his life to finding S.S. soldiers who killed hundreds of innocent people during World War II. This book has truth, courage, strength and suspense. An awesome read.

Noble Cause? America and the Vietnam War, A
Published in Textbook Binding by Longman Group USA (11 October, 1999)
Average review score:

A Noble Cause? America and the Vietnam WarThis is the most complete book on the subject of some twenty I've read. It is also the most even-handed. It carries enough up-to-date statistics to be an almanac. The bibliography covers all of the most popular and the best books yet written, and his brief comments on them are a guide to which are worthwhile. The scholar will appreciate the thorough index. All this and it remains very readable. He covers the entire war, from the French prelude to the MIA fiasco. The book has so much history laid out in plain English, it amazed me that it was only 391 pages, including excellent maps. It is complete enough to be a text-book but it should be read by everyone who lived thru that era, veterans, protesters and bystanders.

Noble Daughters : Unheralded Women in Western Christianity, 13th to 18th Centuries
Published in Hardcover by Greenwood Press (May, 2000)
Average review score:

very interesting work but a wonderful authorDr. Conn, a interesting and knowledgeable teacher , gives a wonderful work of the women who are often lost in the study of religion. She gives form, through her words, to women whose contributions often go unnoticed throughout the study of religon and history. She gives us their true stories, not just the myths that our society uses to define them.

The Noble Eightfold Path of Christ: Jesus Teaches the Dharma of Buddhism
Published in Paperback by Trafford (March, 2003)
Average review score:

my Dharma notesI come from a Christian background, but I always quested for spirituality that was somehow more mystical and yet practical. I discovered the teachings of the Buddha and spent years in reading the ancient sutras. What I discovered is that the thoughts resonated with those of Jesus in the gospels. This book is my collection of gems of ancient wisdom. Mystical, true, but practical advice for life.
